Three Words Guaranteed To Change Your Life!

Why spend most of your life trying to change the emotional baggage that is ruining your life. Spending thousands of dollars on toxic medications; and on doctor’s who can send their children to medical schools just based on you alone!

Reading books on How To; seven steps to this or the ten steps to that! Motivational tapes; special healthy milk shakes; weekends with gurus, charlatans and fakes.

You see! Your actions are only controlled by your conscious mind about 5% of the time. The remaining 95% of the time it is the subconscious that runs your life. And the subconscious does not cotton to all of the above.

The subconscious mind consists of programs (the habits) that constantly and even unknowingly keep you going and do the things your conscious mind can not do.


So what are the three words guaranteed to change your life!?

Just Do It!!!


What!!! Are you kidding me?

Actually, even this won’t work unless you can rewrite the subconscious programs that really run your life. And most of theses programs are written during the first 7 to 9 years of your life!


So in order to really change your life, you have to do some personal research of your own on how to rewrite these damn programs!

What do you really think of people who go around talking aloud to themselves!?

Do you think their crazy? Do you, huh!?

Well! New research has shown that people who talk to themselves are actually more intelligent in general!


And the people who make fun of the people who talk to themselves?


Maybe it’s because they have little or nothing to say!

Even to themselves!


And why are all those naked people standing in front of the poor man in the padded cell!?

The Hard Salami Facts!

Love my hard salami. Even though every slice I eat may shorten my lifespan by at least a day…….

But I do exaggerate a bit!

Is salami healthy?

Well, like most everything else, it can fit into a healthy diet if only an occasional indulgence.

Yes! Apart from the wonderful spicy taste, salami is a good source of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Consuming 26 gram of salami offers 0.8 µg of Vitamin B-12, 296 mg of Sodium, 5.77 g of Total Fat, 53 mg of Phosphorus, 10.7 µg of Fluoride, 0.57 mg of Iron, 3.8 µg of Selenium, 3.28 g of Protein and 0.049 mg of Copper. Moreover many Amino acids 0.036 g of Tryptophan,0.148 g of Threonine, 0.169 g of Isoleucine, 0.287 g of Leucine, 0.3 g of Lysine, 0.091 g of Methionine are also found in 26 gram of salami.

Well then, if it shortens my lifespan at least I’ll be a lot healthier to the end!

And Yes! This is definitely no baloney!
