Traditional Sicilian Martial Arts!

Today, millions of people across the globe practice Tai Chi. A traditional Chinese martial arts system of very slow controlled movements which harness the ultimate source and limits of reality from which spring yin and yang and all creation.

As for me?

Well I am an avid proponent of traditional Sicilian Pas Ta Fa Go Li. A chaotic system of rapid uncontroled and sometimes obscene body and hand movements from which springs the ‘oil and vinegar’ in my eternally damned soul.

It essentially increases overall stress ensuring very high blood pressure readings, extreme rage and an early death from a heart attack or stroke!
