Ramblings About Just More Stuff!?

Just more likes

Just more replies

Just more followers

Just more stuff?

Just more dopamine…

More and more and more…

But that may be too much?

No! Maybe That’s Not Enough!

Yes! Ramblings indeed!

Life, relationships and blogging for the sake of blogging are hard.

There will always be trouble in relationships!

And blogging and life?

You’ll just have choose the best person who you want to struggle and have trouble with in your life!

And blogging you again ask?

Well! Then, then please will you get a “real life!”

Are the Stars Out Tonight?

What stars?

Is it always cloudy, not bright?

What’s Cloudy? What the hell is Bright?

Another lost victim of the dreaded COVID-19!

A new, horrid strain!

Anti-Social distancing please!

    1. Yes!

Dopamine, the “happy hormone,” is responsible for our experiencing happiness. Even so-called adrenaline rushes, such as those experienced when playing sport, are based on the same pattern. Adrenaline is a close relative of dopamine. However, serious health problems can arise if too little or too much dopamine is being produced. If too few dopamine molecules are released, Parkinson’s disease can develop, while an excess can lead to mania, hallucinations and schizophrenia.

However, having too much dopamine or too much dopamine concentrated in some parts of the brain and not enough in other parts – is linked to being more competitive, aggressive and having poor impulse control. It can lead to conditions that include ADHD, binge eating, addiction and gambling.

Moderation may be needed and is now my goal!
