Eatin’ Too Much Maryland Chicken!

Being an Australian all I know about Maryland is they like eatin’ chicken! 🐔

My Reply Hoping For Some Quick Dopamine Fixes:

They do!? Do you live in the Wayback Outback! Mate!

Yes! In Australia the term “Chicken Maryland” simply refers to a butcher’s cut for a whole leg consisting of the thigh and drumstick.

But for me, Maryland is to crab as Bubba Gump is to shrimp:

You can fry it, broil it, bake it, saute it. There’s Maryland crab soup, cream of crab soup, crab dip, steamed crabs, king crab, snow crab, lump crab cake, soft-shell crab, crab pizza, crab chips, crab pretzels, etc.

Phew. That surely is a lot of options.

But I may be wrong cause my mind is slipping from eatin’ far too much Maryland chicken!

And it seems Australians do also eat a lot of chicken; fast food; Sautéed Kangaroo; and ‘believe it or not’ Creamy Australian Aligator Soup!

Really!?

PS

Yes! Of all ‘creatures big and small’ meatballs top them all!

Hell, that would make a good post title!

Don’t think I’d care to try kangaroo, but you know, every creature on earth is on someone or some thing’s menu.
