This is my father, Andrea, with his dog Guido. Guido means ‘Guy’ in Italian and ‘Life’ in Spanish.
As you can readily see, Guido was most definitely a ‘made’ dog in the Sicilian Mafia.
My father‘s father, Santo, was run over by a train on Christmas Eve, 1924.
Yes! It seems Santo died on Santa’s Eve no less!
