  3. I quite like graffiti, it can add interest to a dull place. When visiting Melbourne I loved seeing the graffiti down insignificant narrow laneways.

      Graffiti has existed since ancient times, with examples dating back to ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, and the Roman Empire. Hell! There may even be graffiti on the Moon or Mars!

      1. Nothing surprises me where graffiti may appear – trains, buses, buildings, fences, water meter covers, old silos and the list could go on.

      2. Yes! There’s even bad graffiti, mostly on the walls of power in Washington, DC!


      3. I can well imagine that. I see plenty of the bad stuff along the way especially at the back of buildings facing the railway tracks. The sad thing is some of them are good artists.
