Tai Paw Chewon is an ancient Chinese art that seeks to provide complete personal dog development. It includes exercises for the body, the mind and self-control concentration.

It is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercises designed for relaxation, balance and overall Caninese health.

      Oreo’s Qi, which can be translated as her energy or life force, flows in a regular pattern through her fluffy system of channels — or meridians — to all parts of the body in sync with her yin, yang as she pisses in a pan!

      Now that’s ancient!
