    1. Hello Ernest, Nice to meet you! I hope that you enjoy Cracked Mirror, Clear Reflection!

That’s a wonderful question and one that we all have to define for ourselves. The journey is different for everyone. On a superficial level, confidence could lead some to perfectionism. However, true confidence leads us to self-acceptance. When we accept ourselves, we are more likely to overlook imperfections in ourselves and others. Blessings to you!

      1. Yeah Julie, Nice to meet you too. In all honesty, your blog has been so impactful. I particularly enjoyed Cracked Mirror, Clear Reflection.

My ex broke up with me some years ago because I demonstrated some heights of confidence that l either could not validate or that she didn’t understand very clearly. That’s in the past now – I moved on with my life. Maybe she saw me “On a superficial level” where you said “confidence could lead some to perfectionism.” Please, could you hint me on ways we can make people to see our “Clear Reflection” when “we accept ourselves”; and probably the warning signs of perfectionism? Thank you 😊
